RideYeah Dispatch — Partner Terms
Effective: September 8, 2026 · Between: R Y Quiroz Luxury LLC, doing business as RideYeah (California TCP 41018-B) , a California company ("RideYeah"), and the company or person that applies for a partner account ("Partner", "you").
1. What RideYeah Dispatch is
RideYeah Dispatch is a platform where a Partner posts a ground-transportation ride (the "Ride") and a driver working with RideYeah accepts and performs it. For rides performed by RideYeah's own drivers, RideYeah is the transportation carrier under its California TCP authority and its commercial insurance.
2. Partner account and approval
2.1 You apply with your company details and documents. RideYeah reviews and approves each Partner individually and may decline or suspend an account at any time. Posting is available only while your account is approved.
2.2 You are responsible for everyone who uses your account, including team members you add. Keep your credentials confidential.
2.3 You confirm you have the right to book transportation for the passengers you post and that the passenger information you provide is accurate.
3. Prepaid balance
3.1 Rides are paid from a prepaid balance. You add funds by Zelle, Venmo or bank transfer to RideYeah; RideYeah credits your balance when the funds are received. The minimum initial deposit is $200.
3.2 When you post a Ride, its price is held from your available balance. The hold becomes a charge when the Ride is completed (or on a no-show, §6). If a Ride is cancelled without a fee or cannot be covered, the hold is released.
3.3 Your balance is not a bank account and earns no interest. Unused balance is refundable on request within 30 days, less any charges due.
4. Prices, minimums and the service fee
4.1 You set the price of each Ride. RideYeah publishes minimum prices by vehicle class, by hour and by mile, plus an airport-pickup surcharge; a Ride cannot be posted below the applicable minimum.
4.2 RideYeah keeps a service fee of 5% of the posted price (minimum $5), included in the price. The driver receives the remainder. The fee percentage in effect when a Ride is posted applies to that Ride.
4.3 Extras not included in the posted price (waiting time beyond 15 minutes, additional stops, tolls, parking at the Partner's request) may be charged to your balance at RideYeah's published rates after the Ride, with an itemized notice.
5. Assignment of drivers
5.1 RideYeah decides which driver performs a Ride. Rides may first be assigned by RideYeah directly and then offered to RideYeah's drivers. RideYeah does not guarantee that every Ride will be covered.
5.2 You will receive the driver's name, phone and vehicle when assigned, and status updates (on the way, at pickup, passenger on board, completed) by text message.
5.3 You agree not to contact drivers to arrange rides outside RideYeah Dispatch, and not to solicit RideYeah drivers for direct work, during the term of this agreement and for 12 months after.
6. Cancellations and no-shows
| Cancelled by the Partner | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 1 hour before pickup | No charge |
| Less than 1 hour before pickup, driver already assigned | 100% of the price |
| No driver assigned yet, at any time | No charge |
A passenger no-show (the driver arrives, waits the standard time and the passenger does not appear or cannot be reached) is charged at 100%. Standard waiting time is 30 minutes at addresses and 60 minutes at airports (90 for international flights) from actual arrival.
If a Ride cannot be covered, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
7. Passenger information and privacy
You provide the passenger's name and phone number so the driver can perform the Ride. RideYeah shares with the passenger the driver's contact, your company name and phone, and RideYeah's dispatch number. RideYeah uses passenger data only to perform and support the Ride. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibilities and liability
8.1 For Rides performed by RideYeah drivers under RideYeah's authority, RideYeah is responsible for the transportation service and carries the required insurance.
8.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for your passengers' conduct. RideYeah may refuse or end a Ride for safety reasons.
8.3 RideYeah's liability to you for any Ride is limited to the price of that Ride, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Disputes
Report any problem with a Ride within 48 hours. RideYeah reviews the trip record (driver GPS trail, timestamps, messages) and decides within 48 hours. While a dispute is open, the related funds stay on hold.
10. Term, suspension and changes
Either party may end this agreement at any time; open Rides are completed or cancelled under §6. RideYeah may update minimums, fees and these Terms with notice in the Partner app; changes apply to Rides posted after the change.
11. Affiliated operators with their own authority
A Partner that also operates its own vehicles under its own TCP authority and insurance may be approved to have its own drivers perform Rides. In that case the Partner is the carrier for those Rides and must keep valid insurance and a certificate of insurance naming RideYeah on file.
12. Governing law
California law. Venue: Los Angeles County.
Acceptance. By checking "I accept the RideYeah partner terms" when applying, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your company. RideYeah records the date and time of acceptance.
